A: Yes, our bed frames include flat, solid and wide wooden slats.
Q: Do the beds come with under-bed drawers or any other furniture?
A: Generally not, although we do have some listings which include more than one item, for example, bed frame with under bed drawer or with bedside cabinet. To ensure you're getting the items and colours you want, please always read our descriptions carefully before your order, especially if ordering multiple items.
Q: Does the bed frame/furniture come flat-packed?
A: Yes, all our items will be delivered flat-packed to save.
Q: Do you provide assembly guide?

Q: Can I ask for a free sample of the finish?
A: Yes, of course! Samples will give you the best indication of colour finish and level of quality. Order the samples on the product page, and free samples will be sent to you within 2-5 business days.

Q: Can I have Saturday delivery?
A: Yes, the Saturday is possible, and the service cost £30. Please read our delivery fees here.

A: We would like to dispatch your order the next working day. To get free next-business-day delivery, you must place your order by 11 am.
You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date. This is important to reply by email that the delivery date is suitable for you.
