Refund policy
We hope you will be delighted with your Nodax purchase(s). However, if you wish to return a product(s) for any reason, you need to notify Nodax UK Ltd within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery by contacting our customer support team at sales@nodax.co.uk or by writing to Nodax UK Ltd, Cornfields Barn 1, Sibleys Lane, Thaxted, Dunmow, CM6 2NU.

1) Returns window & eligibility

Notify us within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery if you wish to return or report an issue.

For change-of-mind retruns, items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging with all parts, fixtures and manuals.

For flat‑pack items, we cannot accept change‑of‑mind returns if assembly has been started or completed. (This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.)
2) Change‑of‑mind cancellations & returns
2.1 Cancel before despatch (hasn’t left our warehouse)

We’ll cancel and refund the product price less a £40 cancellation fee to cover processing and preparation.
2.2 Return after despatch/delivery or if delivery was attempted

If your order has already left our warehouse, been delivered or a delivery attempt has been made, collection can be arranged.

A £60 collection fee applies (the original £40 plus an additional £20 to cover collection logistics).

Refunds are processed after the item is received back and passes our quality check.
Tip: You may arrange your own insured return courier if you prefer. In that case, the £60 collection fee does not apply, but you are responsible for the goods until received and checked by us.
3) Faulty, damaged, incorrect items or missing parts (if our responsibility)

While we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, if you find any problem with your order, our team will happily resolve this for you. Please contact us promptly and include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

supply free replacement parts if suitable, or

arrange a free exchange or collection & full/part refund as agreed (varies depending on actual scenario).

No fees apply for returns due to a confirmed fault, transit damage, missing parts or our error.
Please do not attempt repairs or modifications before contacting us, as this may invalidate the manufacturer’s guarantee and complicate resolution.
4) Condition of returns & packaging

Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered – clean, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all components.

You are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged and ready for collection.

If items are returned incomplete, used, assembled/part‑assembled, or not in a saleable condition, we may:

decline the return (for change‑of‑mind), or
-
deduct a reasonable amount to reflect any reduction in value.

- Note that collections are an all-day service, and an adult must be present for the collection.
5) How refunds are issued & timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We process refunds within 2 days of receiving the goods back and completion of our quality check, or sooner where possible.
6) Colour & natural material variations

We aim to display colours/finishes as accurately as possible, but device/monitor settings vary.

Natural variations in wood grain, tone and texture and our hand‑finishing are normal and are not considered faults.
7) How to contact us

Example Scenarios (for clarity)

You cancel 2 hours after ordering and it hasn’t shipped yet → Refund of product price less £40 cancellation fee.

You receive the bed, decide it’s not for you (unused & unassembled) and request collection → £60 collection fee deducted; balance refunded after we receive it back and it has passed our quality check.

A part arrives damaged → We send a free replacement part, or if preferred we arrange a free exchange/return & refund.
