Our Guarantee

We make wooden furniture to be used and enjoyed for years. If a part is defective, we’re here to help.

What’s covered?

Our guarantee covers defective parts in Nodax-manufactured wooden bed frames, underbed storage and bedside units. The period starts on the date shown on your invoice:

• 10 years for our standard wooden furniture

• Lifetime for the F8 Sirius bed frame, for as long as you own it

• 2 years for our budget wood and laminate bed frames (F6)

If a part is found to be defective during the applicable guarantee period, we’ll provide a replacement part free of charge.

What isn’t covered?

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or changes made to the furniture.

Mattresses are covered by their suppliers’ separate guarantees, rather than our furniture guarantee. You can read about the 10-year warranties for Komfi mattresses and SleepSoul mattresses on their websites.

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.
