Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Who can enter

  • The competition is open to residents of the UK only.

  • You must be 18 years or older to enter.

  • Employees of Nodax UK Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected with organising the competition are not eligible to win.

  • The competition is open from 01 January 2026 at 12.01am (UK time) to 14 February 2026 at 11.59pm (UK time).

2. How to enter

To be eligible for the prize draw, you must complete all of the following actions for at least one official competition post on Instagram during the competition dates and times:

  1. Follow @NodaxUK on Instagram.

  2. Like at least one of the official competition posts.

  3. Comment on that official competition post using the competition hashtag #NodaxTravelWin

  4. Tag a friend in your comment.

Entries that do not meet all steps above will not be valid.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. The prize

  • One winner will receive a £300 Ryanair Gift Card.

  • The prize is for the Gift Card only.

  • Information provided by Ryanair states that gift cards can be used once or multiple times within 12 months from the issue date, and can be used as payment for flights, certain optional extras such as seats, priority, checked bags, fast track, baby equipment, music equipment, sports equipment, travel insurance, and associated taxes, fees and charges at the time of booking.

  • Any additional travel costs (including, but not limited to, spending above the gift card value, airport transport, car hire, accommodation, meals, passports/visas, and any other personal expenses) are the winner’s responsibility.

  • Information about Ryanair Gift Card use is correct at the time of writing. Ryanair Gift Cards are subject to Ryanair’s own terms and conditions, which may change at any time during or after the Nodax competition dates. For reference, see:

  • Nodax UK Ltd is not responsible for Ryanair’s services, availability, restrictions, changes, cancellations, terms and conditions, or any other matters relating to the use of the Gift Card.

4. Choosing the winner

  • After the competition closes on 14 February 2026 at 11.59pm (UK time), all valid entries will be placed into a random draw.

  • The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @NodaxUK account within 7 days.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be chosen.

5. Publicity and marketing

  • By entering, you agree that Nodax UK Ltd may share your Instagram handle in winner announcements.

  • If you choose to share any photos or stories about your trip and tag @NodaxUK, you agree that Nodax UK Ltd may re-share this content on its social media channels (with acknowledgement).

6. Other important details

  • Nodax UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the competition if necessary, without liability.

  • Nodax UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, invalid, or late entries.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other vouchers, or alternative prizes.

  • The decision of Nodax UK Ltd regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
