Competition Terms & Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Nodax via our social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook), unless otherwise specified. By entering any of our competitions, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

📅 Competition Period

Each competition runs from the date of the initial promotional post until one month later. If this differs, specific dates will be stated in the competition announcement post.

🏆 How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the competition post. This typically includes:

  • Posting photos of their Nodax bedframe or bedroom setup,
  • Tagging us @nodaxUK on Facebook or Instagram,
  • Using the competition-specific hashtag provided.
Only public posts will be considered valid entries.

🎁 The Prize

Unless otherwise stated, the standard prize is a £100 Amazon eGift voucher. Nodax reserves the right to change or substitute the prize at any time.

👩⚖️ Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by Nodax staff based on creativity, quality, amusement factor or overall impression, depending on the theme of the competition.

The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be announced via our official Nodax social media channels.

📬 Claiming the Prize

Winners must contact us via direct message or by email at nodax.office@gmail.com within 5 days of the announcement.

We will then verify your original Nodax purchase and request your contact information to send your prize by email.

If we do not receive a response within 5 days, another winner may be chosen at our discretion.

📌 General Terms

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over who have purchased a Nodax product via our website https://nodax.co.uk/ or our official sales channels on Amazon.co.uk, eBay.co.uk or Etsy.com/uk.

Competition entries may be used by Nodax for marketing purposes (e.g. reposting or sharing images on our website or social media, with or without credit).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon, eBay or Etsy.
