To help you shop with confidence, we’ve put together our Christmas and New Year delivery schedule, so you know exactly when to order and what to expect.

Whether you’re refreshing your bedroom before guests arrive, upgrading your bed for the holidays, or planning a cosy New Year reset, here’s everything you need to know.

🎄 Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs

For mainland UK postcodes, our final pre-Christmas delivery window is as follows:

• Order by Monday 22 December at 11am – delivery on the next working day, up to Tuesday 23 December.

Please note that not all products or delivery postcodes are eligible for next working day delivery. If receiving your order before Christmas is essential, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible.

📦 Orders Placed Between Christmas and New Year

If you place an order during the festive period, deliveries will continue on a reduced schedule:

• Orders placed from Tuesday 23 December to Monday 29 December (by 11am) will be delivered on Monday 29 December or Tuesday 30 December.

• Orders placed from Tuesday 30 December to Thursday 1 January will be delivered on Friday 2 January or Monday 5 January.

🎉 New Year Delivery Schedule

• From Friday 2 January onwards, our normal delivery service resumes, with standard delivery times applying.

This makes the New Year a perfect time to plan a bedroom refresh or furniture upgrade if you’re not in a rush for pre-Christmas delivery.

During this busy period:

• Not all products or delivery postcodes qualify for next working day delivery.

• Delivery dates during Christmas and New Year cannot be guaranteed, due to increased courier demand.

• Once your order has been despatched, our courier partners will always do their best to deliver on the planned date.

We apologise in advance if your delivery arrives slightly later than expected and appreciate your understanding during this peak season.
