Our customisation service allows you to tailor your Nodax bed frame or furniture to better suit your space, lifestyle, or personal preference — all carried out by our team before your order is dispatched.

What Customisations Can Be Made?

Every request is assessed individually, but typical customisations we can carry out include:

📏 Extra Bed Height — Additional height added to the frame and support legs, giving you more clearance for underbed storage or making it easier to get in and out of bed.

🎨 Different Wood Finish — A specific woodstain colour or finish applied to your bed frame, including any of our eco-colour woodstain options, if you'd prefer something different to our standard listings.

➕ Additional Support Legs or Slats — Extra support legs (usually added to side panels) or additional slats fitted for greater peace of mind or to suit specific requirements.

🛠️ Other Bespoke Requests — Any other structural or finish-related modification agreed with our team in advance.

How It Works

1. Contact us first — All customisations must be discussed and agreed with our team before purchasing. Please don't add this to your cart without a prior quote from us, as fees vary depending on the work involved.
2. Receive your quote — We'll confirm exactly what's possible, the agreed fee (£30, £50 or £100 or something else), and any impact on your delivery timeframe.
3. Add to cart — Select the price variant that matches your agreed quote and add it to your cart alongside your bed frame or furniture order.
4. We take care of the rest — Your item will be customised by our team and dispatched to you as agreed.

• This fee covers the customisation work only and must be purchased alongside the relevant bed frame or furniture item.
• Please do not purchase this product without first receiving a quote from our team, as not all customisations are possible on every frame, and pricing will vary.
• Customised items are made specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless found to be faulty.
• Customisation may affect your delivery date as they are done to order — we'll always confirm this with you in advance.
