• Please let us know within 30 calendar days of the day after delivery if you would like to cancel or return your purchase. Email nodax.office@gmail.com or write to the address on our site.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and not assembled. Flat‑pack furniture that has been put together, even partly, cannot be returned.
• We are happy to collect saleable items, but a fee may apply. Please re‑pack them carefully so they reach us in the same condition.
• A full product refund is issued via your original payment method once the item passes our quality check.
• Screen colours can vary. If you are unsure about a finish, we can send a sample. Found a fault or missing part? Contact us first so we can put things right.
